Tomorrow : A Short Poem

Tomorrow

I will be strong

I will be magical

I will be hanging on the edge of every woman’s breath.

Today

You are tall

You are blameless – always so blameless –

But watch as you fall into a pit of nothingness.

There is love in the coldest parts of me.

And that is enough

to find my sunshine.

      1. There is love in the coldest parts of me.
        And that is enough
to find my sunshine ☀️ ”

I was thinking if you shows coldness and aloofness…
Your heart has no place for warmth.. to ensue love…
        no sunshine ☀️ there…

      2. Sometimes people and circumstances make you cold to warmth. The intention is to show that even those who have been through the worst, the hardest and found the coldest aspects of themselves…even they too can find redemptive rays of sunshine and love one day.

      3. There is a lot of warmth waiting out there in the world. And even more warmth inside of ourselves. The right people and the right experiences will direct humanity. Thanks for reading 🙂
